Program Objective

To provide Geistlich regenerative products at no cost for patients requiring urgent care who cannot afford treatment. The ARC Program empowers clinicians to deliver regenerative therapy to those most in need.

Who is Eligible?

Clinicians treating patients who:

Require urgent regenerative care
Cannot afford the treatment
Meet clinical and financial criteria set by the ARC Program

Program Structure

	Case Assessment The treating clinician evaluates the patient's condition and determines whether they meet both clinical and financial criteria for support.
	Application Submission Patient information Clinical case details Specific Geistlich product(s) requested Financial justification Completed forms and supporting documentation must be submitted to: arcprogram@hansamed.net
	Internal Review HANSAmed’s ARC review team evaluates each application within 5–10 business days.
	Product Approval & Delivery If approved, the requested Geistlich product(s) will be delivered directly to the dental office or clinic. Shipping costs are covered by the clinician.
	Clinician Commitment Provide follow-up documentation (clinical summary, photos or X-rays) Allow HANSAmed to use anonymized case materials for internal or educational purposes Ensure proper use of the donated products
